Always make your body move by doing something.This is very effective.particulally lifting weights and cardio workouts such as walking, running, jogging, cycling or swimming brings the better method to burn fats hence losing weight. Extreme is highly discouraged.It may lead to mussle problems.Not exceeding the limited time for doing exercises is the best option. Make a correct schedule for the time of work outs and exercises partly weekly or daily every mornings.

iv. Alcoholic drinks should be avoided.
Alcohols have more calories.always try to cut down on alcohols. Try to replace the drinking with beverages such as water or lemon drink.
4. Avoiding fat content food.
Dangerous diets such as high fat diets should be avoided and try low-fat diet. Fats have double number of calories than other foods(proteins and vitamins).A low fat diet limits calorie intake to the body and hence helps in weight regulation.Some foods tha help to lose weight fast include Nuts and whole grain.there examples include oats, brown rice.they are also good source of fibre and micronutrients.
5. Smaller portion of food and try intermittent fasting
Taking small food is very effective.Try having empty stomach by fasting and skipping some meals.Working on an empty stomach burns fat which is broken down to produce energy to the body that is used in body functioning such as walking.This also refuses the body weight at a higher percentage. Using a smaller plate can help you eat small portion regulate intake of
calories into the body.
